The Northwest Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) is dedicated to helping job seekers find faculty or staff positions with higher education employers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska committed to building a higher education workplace where all people can thrive. The Northwest HERC was launched in 2013 through a joint effort by the University of Washington, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
