Members and prospective members are invited to attend periodic professional development and organizational meetings held at various member institutions throughout the Central Midwest region.

Institutional collaboration is a defining characteristic of HERC and such meetings provide an opportunity to bring such collaborations to life. By bringing administrators, faculty, and staff who are involved in recruitment and retention at their home organizations/institutions face-to-face to discuss common challenges and share solutions and best practices, HERC helps build cross-institutional networks that members can rely on for ongoing support in their professional work.
